Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet patients, handle appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
What you will do
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk.
- Manage patient registrations and maintain patient records.
- Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services and procedures.
- Maintain appointment schedules and follow up with patients when required.

- Handle billing-related information and direct patients to the concerned department.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and professional at all times.
