Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet patients, handle appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

What you will do

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk.
  • Manage patient registrations and maintain patient records.
  • Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Guide patients regarding hospital services and procedures.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and follow up with patients when required.

  • Coordinate with doctors and internal departments for smooth patient management.
  • Handle billing-related information and direct patients to the concerned department.
